888 Interested in William Hill’s Non-US Holdings

It wasn’t as well long back that William Hill’s American holdings ended up obtained by Caesars Enjoyment. That deal remaining the company’s non-US assets up in the air, but most likely not for substantially for a longer time.

888 has verified that they are in “advanced” dialogue with Caesars about paying for what’s remaining of William Hill’s properties not in the US. However, they are going through level of competition from Apollo World Administration and CVC Funds Associates.

Caesars mentioned in May of this 12 months that would offer off the non-US assets of the corporation about the summer months and hoped to find a consumer within just a year. Their CEO, Tom Reeg, also mentioned that the corporation has had “…not had a moment’s pause in terms of marketing the non-US company.”

A agent from Caesars also reported that despite the talks, there is no warranty that a sale will get place.
